Upon move in each tenant is provided the requested and reasonable number of keys. Additional keys will be provided at the cost of $10.00 per metal key and $20.00 per key card. If a tenant requires a lock change, a replacement fee will be charged. All keys must be returned to the Management Office at lease termination.
